Order Cancellations

Please note that all items are made to order.
-Orders can be canceled only before production begins.
-Once production has started, the order cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded.
-To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at nabis424424@gmail.com to check your order status.

Return & Exchange Policy

All of our products are handmade and made to order, so we do not accept returns or exchanges once production has started. 
However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
We will review your request and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.
