How do I use the coupon code?

Can I cancel or modify my order after it’s been placed?

Standard products can be canceled.

Custom orders cannot be canceled once production has started.

Can nabis products be machine-washed? If not, how can they be cleaned?

Most of our products can be machine washed on a gentle cycle. However, we recommend hand washing and air drying lace and embroidered items to preserve their quality.

What is your policy for damaged or defective items?

Before shipping, each product undergoes a three-step quality inspection process. While damage is rare, if it occurs, please check the return & exchange page for details or contact customer service for a satisfactory solution.

 How do I know if the colors of the products match what I see on my screen?

Our designers meticulously adjust the colors to minimize discrepancies between the screen and the actual product. If you're unsure, reach out to our customer service team. We can send a real-time photo of the product for comparison.

Which tablecloth size should I choose?

Use this formula:  

Tablecloth length = Table length + (Drop size x 2)

Tablecloth width = Table width + (Drop size x 2)  

We recommend an 8-inch drop for a minimal overhang, 12 inches for everyday use, or 16 inches for a longer drop. It’s entirely up to you!

Can you customize chair covers?

Yes! Even if your chair has an unusual shape, we can create a custom cover. Contact our customer service for help with taking the exact measurements.

Do you provide oval tablecloths?

To ensure a perfect fit, we currently only offer rectangular tablecloths for oval tables.

How large can you make a tablecloth?  

The length is unlimited, but the fabric width has limitations. For wider tablecloths, we may need to stitch multiple pieces of fabric together, meaning the width may not be seamless.

Do you offer fabric samples before I place a custom order?

Yes! Fabric samples are available for $7.99 each. Please contact customer service to receive a link to place your sample order.

Can I request matching sets of tablecloths, runners, and pillow covers?

Absolutely! We can create matching sets using the same fabric for tablecloths, table runners, and pillow covers. Contact our customer service to ensure we create the exact set you have in mind.

How do I measure my sofa or chairs for custom covers?

Our customer service team will guide you step by step to ensure a perfect fit. Please send us a front-view photo of your chair or sofa, and we’ll assist with the measurements.

 

Can you customize pillow covers?

Yes, we can customize all pillow covers except for those with embroidery designs. Send your preferred size and style to our customer service, and they will provide you with an order link.

Can I return an item if I don’t like it?

Our products are handmade and made to order. Production typically takes around 3-5 business days, and shipping takes approximately 5-15 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination. For specific information, please contact customer service.
