Please note that customized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a quality issue, as these products are made to specific dimensions and cannot be resold.

Our Parcel Arrival Guarantee covers instances where packages do not arrive due to courier issues. We offer a refund or a one-time free reshipment for orders that are not received as per the delivery records. We base our decisions on the courier's tracking number. If the tracking status shows 'Out of Track', 'Delivery Failure', or 'No Update in 30 Days', we will immediately arrange a refund or reshipment. However, if the tracking indicates that the delivery was successful, we cannot offer a refund.

We offer a two-year quality guarantee, affirming our confidence in our product quality. Should any severe, non-user caused defects occur after receiving the product—such as significant fabric discoloration or stitching coming undone—we provide a one-time free replacement service. Please note that normal wear on items like cushion tassels and table runner tassels , which are hand-sewn, does not qualify for replacement. Minor issues such as tassel detachment are considered normal; therefore, we will include an extra tassel with your shipment, but these minor issues do not qualify for a replacement service.
