Please note that customized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a quality issue, as these products are made to specific dimensions and cannot be resold.

We offer a refund or a one-time free reshipment for orders that are not received as per the delivery records. We base our decisions on the courier's tracking number. If the tracking status shows 'Out of Track', 'Delivery Failure', or 'No Update in 30 Days', we will immediately arrange a refund or reshipment. However, if the tracking indicates that the delivery was successful, we cannot offer a refund.

We offer a two-year quality guarantee to ensure product satisfaction. In the event of significant, non-user-caused defects—such as severe fabric discoloration or stitching coming undone—we provide a one-time free replacement. Please note that normal wear on hand-sewn items like cushion and table runner tassels is not covered for replacement.
