Delivery Time (Business Days)
(Standard orders are processed within 3 business days, whereas custom orders require 5 business days for processing. Please account for both processing and transit times when planning your order.)

Address Changes
Once an order has been shipped, the delivery address cannot be changed.
Cancellations
Standard items can be canceled within one day of purchase, provided they have not yet been shipped. Customized items, however, cannot be canceled once they enter production or have been shipped.
